FAQs

Common questions

Who will I actually speak with?

A senior engineer who has done this work hands-on — not a business development rep or account manager. Whoever joins the call has direct Kubernetes implementation experience relevant to your stack.

Will there be a sales pitch at the end?

No. We'll ask if you'd like to explore next steps, but only if we genuinely believe there's a fit. We'd rather refer you to the right resource than waste both our time on a mismatch.

What should I prepare before the call?

Just a rough sense of your current stack and the problem you're trying to solve. A quick architecture diagram or screenshot helps but isn't required. The more specific you can be, the more useful the conversation will be.

What if we're not ready to move forward yet?

That's completely fine. Some of our best long-term clients had a first call 6 months before they were ready to engage. We're happy to give you a genuine read on the landscape now with no strings attached.

Having trouble with the calendar or can't find a suitable time?
